Terms of Service

Play fairly, respect other people, and remember that Gremlin’s chaos is fictional. These terms cover the gremlin.exe Discord bot and this information website.

1. Who operates Gremlin

gremlin.exe is operated by T. Winter under the wntrdice brand (“we”, “us”). Contact info@wntrdice.com for support, reports or questions. Gremlin is an independent project and is not operated or endorsed by Discord.

2. Who can use it

By choosing to use Gremlin’s games and features, you agree to these terms. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement, including any higher minimum age in your country, and follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and your server’s rules. Adult-themed features are for adults aged 18 or over and must be used only where permitted by Discord and applicable law. Server administrators are responsible for choosing suitable features and channel permissions.

3. Fair use and your content

Do not use Gremlin for harassment, hate, illegal content, scams, spam, attacks or sharing another person’s private information. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate rewards or use automation to overwhelm the service. Only submit content you have the right to share. You retain rights in your submissions; you allow us to process and display them as needed to provide the features you choose to use.

Game messages, portraits, answers and other outputs may be visible to people who can access the relevant Discord channel. Do not submit passwords, account tokens or sensitive personal information. Fictional battles, marriages and other game events have no real-world legal effect.

4. Virtual rewards and payments

Scrap, artifacts, lootboxes, profile frames and game records are virtual features. Scrap and items cannot be redeemed for cash through Gremlin. Rewards may involve random outcomes and may be corrected where a bug or abuse caused an error.

This website currently accepts no payments and offers no paid subscriptions or purchases. If paid features are introduced, their prices, purchase terms and any applicable cancellation or refund information will be provided before checkout.

5. Availability and changes

Gremlin is currently in a small server beta. Access, features and capacity may change. We aim to keep it working, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results or recovery of every game or record. We may maintain, update, restrict or discontinue features. Gremlin’s original branding and artwork belong to their owners or licensors; third-party names and trademarks remain with their respective owners.

6. Ending use and reporting problems

You can stop using Gremlin at any time. Server administrators can remove the bot or change its permissions. We may restrict use to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms. Contact us to report a problem or request a review. Removing the bot does not automatically delete shared game or inventory records; see the Privacy Policy for deletion requests.

7. Liability and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from outages, game errors or lost virtual progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

8. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as Gremlin develops. The current version and effective date will be available here. Where legally required, we will give additional notice of material changes and obtain any necessary agreement before those changes apply. Questions can be sent to info@wntrdice.com.
